What happened to the stump?
contributed by Roberto Gaitan Yes, the stump had not been removed…until today! Besides our guinea grass, we cleaned a palm along the trail. We also added new plants to the pollinator garden: scorpion tail, zizotes, coreopsis, mistflower, frogfruit, coastal germander, and scarlet sage. Over by the bog, we added some water clover.

Expanding the cleared area…

The new garden takes shape…
contributed by Roberto Gaitan We worked at Fish Trails this morning trimming trails and picking up grass hay from the mower. We also finished prepping the bed for the pollinator plants so it’s ready for compost and plants.

After a week…
