TMN Training Information

• Class registration opens October 15, 2025 and ends December 31, 2025.
• Training takes place each Wednesday from January 14, 2026 to early or mid-April 2026, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Classes are in-person. Virtual classes will not be offered in 2026.
• Classes will take place at the South Texas Ecotourism Center (STEC), 501 W. State Highway 100, Laguna Vista, Texas.
• Trainees are required to complete 30 hours of class work and 10 hours of field activities.
• Field activities are scheduled from January 14 to early April on weekdays and/or weekends.
• TMN Training Fee: $150.00
• Scholarship opportunities will be available for the 2026 class. Links to apply will be provided when registration opens in October.
• Maximum size of class: 30
