Getting Started with Natives

Speaker:  DCMG & Native Plant Society of Texas Liz Moyer

Native and adaptive plants can also attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and other pollinator species. This class will discuss how to select, install, and maintain native and adaptive plants in your landscape. Taught by Liz Moyer, Denton County Master Gardener & Native Plant Society of Texas.

We take a closer look into how to create positive connections to non-traditional nature center visitors and how we can use what we have learned to reach out to new audiences in the future. Many of these concepts are universal and can be adapted to other groups and interests.
